Versatile chocolate, cake spread or dip
1 cup of dates, pitted medjool ,soak
1 cup of agave nectar
1 vanilla pod
5 tablespoons of raw carob or cocoa powder
6 to 8 tbsp of filtered or mineral water
- Blend all ingredients together in food processor until smooth.
- Decorate with mint, shaving of orange or lemon zest.
Cake: If you want to use as a cake, put a bit less water and place in freezer for ½ hour and cut in pieces
Spread : use it as it is.
Dip: Put a little more water
