Food intolerance testing

Food intolerances are more common than people think. Eating foods that you may be intolerant or sensitive to can cause anything from skin irritation, poor digestion, bloating, disrupted sleep and much more.

The culprit food can aggravate the mast cells in the gut’s mucous membrane and partially-digested food can enter the bloodstream causing fatigue, weight gain, arthritis, headaches, skin problems, IBS and asthma.

The testing method involves the patient holding a metal electrode while the practitioner takes readings from the relevant acupressure point. Some 105 foods can be tested for in 15 minutes.

Iridology

Iridology involves the study of the iris, one of the most intricate structures in nature. Thousands of nerve endings connected to the brain provide detailed insight into the conditions and systems of the body.

As bodily tissues become inflamed or congested, the iris registers the process enabling the Iridologist to determine the root cause and location of current ailments or disorders.

Live and dried blood analysis:

The practitioner examines a drop of your blood over several hours and a record is kept of your blood picture.

Darkfield microscopy allows the study of the internal terrain of your body. From this, a tailor-made nutritional and remedial programme is formulated.

The analysis identifies PH imbalances, indications of levels of toxicity, nutrient deficiency, free radical stress, the quality of your diet, how well any supplements may be working for you and how well your systems are working to detoxify your body.

Most importantly, for many people they can see for themselves the dynamic activity going on inside their body for the first time. Many people begin to understand the impact of their diet and lifestyle on their body and begin to realise the need to commit to taking care of their health.
