Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behaviour (programming).

NLP refers to a connection between neurological processes and behavioural patterns that have been learned through experience and can be organized to achieve specific goals in life.

Using NLP we can eliminate or modify our existing behaviours, if we are not satisfied with them or feel that they are having a negative impact on our life. We can then reintroduce more positive life affirming attitudes and behaviours to help benefit all areas of life, from relationships, work ethic and productivity, to overall mood.

An NLP practitioner will look at your attitude, language and your use of it, your understanding of relationships and the physical and emotional states which are best for accomplishing a task. Effective communication and perception of ourselves and others will also be key focuses, and all will be examined so that strategies for improving understanding, motivation, learning and remembering can be formed.

NLP techniques use both the conscious and unconscious mind to replace pre-programmed negative behaviours with far more positive ones.
